1. What Plumbb Builders is

Plumbb Builders is a for-profit company that operates a paid membership directory. It lists independent veteran-owned businesses, trade schools, realtors, and mortgage professionals. Plumbb Builders does not employ, contract, train, place, assign, supervise, or hire anyone listed in the directory, and it is not a party to any agreement you reach with a member business.

2. Using the directory

Browsing listings and sending a project request is free for homeowners. You are responsible for vetting any business you contact — including confirming licensing, insurance, references, and pricing directly with that business before work begins.

3. Membership and listings

Businesses and schools apply to be listed. Applications are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, or returned with a request for more information. Approval is at our discretion. A listing becomes visible only while the membership is in good standing.

Members are responsible for the accuracy of everything on their listing, including credentials, license numbers, service areas, media, and written posts. Listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful may be paused or removed.

4. Fees and billing

Membership plans are sold at a flat published price by tier. There are no per-lead or per-click charges. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Prices may change with notice before a renewal. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

5. Referral-fee restriction

Real estate and mortgage listings pay only for directory visibility. No fee of any kind is paid or received for a referral or for the placement of business, and the directory does not route homeowner quote requests to those listings.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your identity or credentials, scrape or resell directory content, upload unlawful or infringing media, or use messaging to send unsolicited advertising. Accounts that do may be suspended.

7. Informational content

The Licensing Navigator, apprenticeship material, and any editorial posts are informational only and are not legal, financial, tax, or benefits advice. Confirm licensing details with the relevant state board and VA benefit eligibility with the VA.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The platform is provided as is. We do not warrant the work, conduct, or credentials of any member business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the membership fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel a membership at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or end an account for breach of these terms, for unlawful activity, or for non-payment.
