No. Plumbb Builders is a directory. We do not employ, contract, place, assign, or staff anyone, and no plan guarantees work, leads, or results. Homeowners find you and reply to you directly.
Can I pay for a better ranking?
Higher tiers carry a placement weight that acts as a tie-break inside category and city results. It does not override relevance, distance, rating, or verification status.
What does a homeowner pay?
Nothing. Homeowners always search, browse, and contact members for $0. Membership fees come only from listed businesses and schools.
Do trade schools pay the same rates?
Yes. Schools and veteran-owned trade businesses use the same four tiers, with the same flat monthly pricing.
How is billing handled?
Membership is billed as one flat monthly fee — never per click, per call, or per lead. Founding members receive a 30-day window when recurring billing begins.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from your dashboard; your listing stays live through the end of the paid month. See our Refunds & Cancellation page for details.
